The company, TopHead Global
Networks, Inc. was founded as a corporation in Massachusetts
on February 11, 2002. The TopHead Global Networks, Inc. (TGN)
is the US subsidiary of which parent company, founded in September
1996, is South Korea-based TopHead Co., Ltd. TGN introduces
TopHead's proprietary and patented TFT-LCD dual-head monitors
to American markets, promoting it with a sole authority.
TopHead produces dual-screen LCD monitors that
change the conventional style and traditional role of ordinary
monitors. The new TopHead LCD monitor consists of a main screen
and an additional support screen on the top of the main screen,
which provides a separate PC work environment.
The company's principal business
involves not only the developments of the monitor hardware,
but the integration of software with the hardware to provide
content to areas such as Security/Surveillance, Distance Learning,
Video-Conferences, Cyber Stock Trading etc.

with solid market positions. The nature of the competition

part of video-networking or LCD display industry. Our target
market is vertical market niches such as security-monitoring,
e-learning, etc.
Our dual-head monitor differs from competitors in that it
allows us to partner with some video-networking solution providers
such as Security/Surveillance, Monitoring, e-Learning to predominate
early market of the related vertical market segments over
other players associated with one single-head monitor as a
display device. We believe that buyers will find the competitive
