Following hardware platform sale business, the first marketing activities, our second stage is that we launch full-scale hardware-based Internet business. • As the content channel(or shop channel) organizer, TopHead classifies all the commercial categories such as computer hardware, computer software, toys, books, clothing, cars, adults, CDs/DVDs, shopping malls and fee-based sites into hundreds of channels with one representative per channel, and organizing them into 'marketplace' configured on the top screen.

• TopHead will operate a specified number, for example 20 channels out of the hundreds of shopping channels. For other additional channels, business applicants (say, Channel Operators) who want to operate the channels will be granted channel operating license by TopHead for a royalty and/or leasing fees.

• 20 sponsors or tenants per channel are exclusively invited into the marketplaces. The top screen is a revenue-generating center, playing a role of a gateway to e-commerce and/or advertising media. The sponsors for each category can not only get a chance to expose themselves to numerous customers who have TopHead monitors but raise revenues through online purchasing TopHead members make.

• The tenant firm (or advertising sponsors) need to pay designated percentages of total sales for the transaction or connection as a sales transaction fee to TopHead only if users complete an online transaction or fee-based contents connection throughout the e-commerce platform on 6.4inch top screen.
